Additionally, the client struggled with insufficient staffing for UiPath and test automation, which hindered their ability to efficiently implement automation strategies. These testing challenges posed a considerable risk to their business processes.

To address the challenges faced by the client, Sixsentix deployed a comprehensive and tailored solution that catered to their specific needs. With multiple integrated software systems in their production management, including Salesforce, SAP, and a webshop, the setup of UiPath test automation required meticulous attention to process flows in end-to-end scenarios, as well as careful derivation of data and functionality from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Our solution began with a thorough Test Coverage Analysis, wherein we conducted an in-depth examination of the application under test. This allowed us to identify critical areas that required automation, ensuring we focused on the most impactful test cases. We prioritized test cases based on factors such as business impact, risk, and frequency of execution, creating a clear test coverage strategy that addressed the most vital functionalities and scenarios. While creating automated test cases, we faced the challenge of several business processes changing. We implemented the changes in the test case.
