Your responsibilities

AI System Validation & Testing

• Apply test frameworks to LLM-based applications, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines. 
• Design and maintain domain-specific evaluation benchmarks and ground truth datasets. 
• Assess AI outputs for conciseness, completeness, semantic accuracy, factual correctness, contextual relevance, tone consistency, bias, safety, and compliance. 
• Implement governance workflows, risk scoring methodologies, and compliance reporting. 
• Establish continuous monitoring of production AI systems, with automated anomaly alerts. 

Further Responsibilities

• Contribute as a subject matter expert within a high-performing team. 
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships. 
• Share expertise and support knowledge exchange within the Sixsentix test consulting community. 

Your profile

• First proven experience in GenAI application development, including prompt engineering, API integrations, and output workflows. 
• Basic familiarity with RAG concepts, vector databases, embedding strategies, and multi-agent systems. 
• Awareness of GenAI challenges such as hallucinations, prompt sensitivity, consistency issues, and output variability. 
• Initial background in software testing within enterprise environments, with the ability to explain technical concepts to different stakeholders. 
• First experience with API testing frameworks, CI/CD integration, and Git-based collaboration. 
• Fundamental knowledge in data handling and evaluation methodologies for AI performance and risk assessment. 
• Knowledge of software testing processes is a strong plus. 
• Self-starter mindset, eager to work in ambiguous environments and contribute to shaping new testing methodologies and quality standards. 
• Motivated to ensure AI systems are safe, reliable, and beneficial for end users. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, complementing growing technical expertise.
